All of our products are instant-download digital guides. Because you receive the files immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once a download link has been delivered.

That said, if something isn't right - a corrupted file, a duplicate order, or the guide genuinely wasn't what you expected - email us at shoppdfguide@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right.

How to request a refund

Email shoppdfguide@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout. That's it. We process refunds within 2 business days, and the money returns to your original payment method.

Trouble with your download?

You don't need a refund for this — just tell us. If your download link didn't arrive, expired, or the file won't open, email us and we'll send your files directly. Please check your spam or promotions folder first; delivery emails often land there.

A note on fairness

Our guides are the work of a small business. We ask that you don't resell, redistribute, or share the files — they're licensed for your personal use. Repeated refund requests across multiple orders may be declined at our discretion.
